A TRIPLE WIN for RZB in the German Design Award 2019
Out of more than 2,500 entries in the product design category, three of our luminaire ranges won over the 45-member international jury of experts of the German Design Award. In the “Excellent Product Design” segment, the new TWINDOT pendant luminaire range received an award for its outstanding design value, innovative lighting technology and exceptional light quality.
TRIONA impressed the jury with its unusually flat design, oversized dimensions and variety of diffusers, as well as the possibility – as with the TWINDOT – of implementing what is called Human Centric Lighting (HCL).
The third range to be named a Winner 2019 was the wallscaping outdoor luminaire range consisting of TECHNO, CYL, ZONO and NADELSPOT. The judges were particularly impressed by the innovative Gravolock® System for extremely easy installation.
The German Design Award is presented by the German Design Council, the expert for brand and design in Germany. Its mission is to discover, present and reward unique design trends.
The award ceremony took place in January 2019 as part of Ambiente in Frankfurt.
